※ Orders placed before 10:00 AM (KST) on April 29, 2024 (Mon.) will be shipped according to the original delivery schedule. 

※ Orders placed after 10:00 AM (KST) on April 29, 2024 (Mon.) will be shipped sequentially from the new warehouse starting May 13, 2024.

※ Pre-ordered products will be shipped according to their original scheduled delivery dates regardless of the above schedule. 

e.g. [HAPE] FUNNY TREASURE JUMPSUIT PLUSH DOLL: Single orders to be shipped from April 30, combined orders to be shipped sequentially from May 13. 

※ We plan to relocate quickly to meet the scheduled dates, but the schedule may change unavoidably depending on the warehouse situation. We will immediately notify customers of any changes.

<Exchange/Return Schedule and Address Notice> 

※ Exchanges/returns can be 'accepted' through the 1:1 message board (for members) / non-member inquiry board (for non-members) even during the period when shipping and exchanges/returns are not available, so please contact the customer center directly if you wish to make an exchange/return.

※ Please note that requests for exchanges/returns will be processed sequentially from May 13th (KST).
