All official YG merch comes with an authenticity sticker that can be verified through the YG SELECT app.
The first type (white sticker) cannot be scanned by the app. Only the second type (black sticker) can be scanned.
*Merch products released over 2 years ago may come with a white authenticity sticker that cannot be scanned.
If the shipping schedule is delayed, it can take about 7-14 business days from your order.
Shipment can be delayed due to delayed restocking date.
It is impossible to ship out on the date of order, due to international shipping characteristics.
If the item is a customized item, It will take about 2 weeks to be ship out.
According to the respective country’s customs policy, delivery date might change.
If the item is a pre-order item, it will be shipped out from the day we notice in the item’s detail page.
Shipping carriers : EMS OR DHL
We have partnership with EMS. All shipping will be shipped out in EMS but due to COVID-19 , DHL will be used to countries that prohibit EMS shipping.

* The tracking number will be available to check within 24hours once you get the tracking number.

Customs and Duties
- International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient’s country.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
- YG SELECT has no control over customs charges. Customs policies vary widely by country.
Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Orders that are returned due to the recipient’s refusal to pay customs duties will not be shipped again.
All charges that occur during the process are the customer’s responsibility.
-DHL will be used to countries EMS shipment has stopped. If DHL parcel returns due to reasons the customers are responsible for- for instance refusing to pay customs duties- there will be no refund.
YG SELECT uses EMS delivery service.
You can track your shipment at your order information from ORDER LIST
It takes about 7-10 days for the shipment according to the destination region.
In case of pre-order item, the shipping will begin from the day in detail page.
Shipment can be delayed due to excessive number of orders.
Exchange and Cancellation before shipping
In case of pre-order item, YGSELCT place the order to manufacturer every day.
Even if the pre-order package is shown as not shipped out yet, the order is already in process
We do not allow Cancellation or Exchange especially for Pre-order items
* Pre-order package requires special attention
- Credit Card
- American Express
- For large payments, you may receive a verification call from your credit card company as a security measure.
- Abnormal orders that are deemed to be involved with credit card and/or identity theft may be cancelled or deferred without prior notice.
You can not do it directly.
You must request for the cancel through 1:1 help board or by email(firstname.lastname@example.org).
The policy of exchange and return.
If you wish to return, please send the item in the same condition you’ve gotten the package. (Tag, label, Price tag and so on)
If you typed in the wrong information in order sheet or rejected to pay tax/tariff, We will not reship it again.
If the item is defective or damaged, we will refund the money back to you
If the item is missed or lost in delivery, please make an inquiry to our CS center within a week from your receiving day.
If you miss this period, we will not accept further refund or reship requests.
The process of Exchange and Refund
1. If the package has some problem, such as wrong, missed, damaged, or defect items, please make a 1:1 inquiry with all the order information such as the order number, item name… etc.
2. After we check, we will let you know the next step
3. Please send the item to the address we provide.
(*If you send the package without any inquiry, its refund or exchange request can be rejected)
( Please note order number, name and ID in the returning package)
4. After returning the package, please let us know its invoice and tracking number.
5. When the package arrives in our warehouse, We will check its condition and make the refund.
* If the item has some problem, such as damage, tag removal, or change in its condition from it of your receival, your refund or exchange request can be rejected.
The information of Exchange and Return
1. Exchange information / Replace item / Cancel before shipping.
1) Cancel before shipping
- If you want to cancel, you will need to contact our customer service.
2) Replace item before shipping.
Just like our cancellation policy, if you want to replace an item, you will need to contact our customer service.
- If the replacing item's value is higher than it of the original item in your order, we recommend you to cancel the whole order and make a new order.
- If the replacing item's value is lower than it of the original item in your order, we will help to exchange the item and refund the difference back to you in reward points
2. Cancel request in shipping.
If the shipping is already in process, it is not possible to cancel the package.
In case of returning the whole package.
- The return shipping fee has to be pre-paid from the customer, and the initial shipping fee will not be refunded
Wrong item, Missed item, Damaged item, Defective item.
- We will be compensating any cost during refund or exchange
If the problem is made due to the store’s fault, the customer can choose to get the item reshipped within the given options for the item. However, it is impossible to exchange the item to another item.
When we reship, we will provide a new tracking number.
4. Return or exchange not allowed
1) return due to change of mind
2) If the customer did not ask to refund or exchange within 7days after the item arrived.
3) If the customer did not notice us.
4) If the item is used or damaged.
- Item damage, or missing/removed tags.
- If the item has cigarettes or perfume odor.
- It the item was repaired or washed.
5) If the item can be easily damaged in delivery.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches the recipient's country.
The shipping charges you paid on our site do not include tax.
Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient.
As for the payment of taxes, customs authorities in each country have full authority and information, and it is not shared with us.
YG SELECT has no control over customs charges. Customs policies vary widely by country so please contact your local customs office for more information.
If the tax requested by the Customs is not paid, the package will be returned to us.
And orders that are returned due to the recipient's refusal to pay customs duties will not be shipped again.
All charges that occur during the process are the customer's responsibility. Any damages or loss caused during this process will not be compensated.
When the returned package arrives, the contents can be checked and full refund of shipping and return costs is not possible.

YG SELECT gives you back 1% of your purchase price as reward points
The deposited reward points holds good for two years after the deposit date.
Reward points must be used before it expires in two years.
Reward points earned from your order become available for use 7 days after delivery.
Until then, your points will appear as Pending.
This is in case for any returns or cancellations, in which the points are withdrawn.
Your available reward points (Total Reward Points – Used Reward Points – Pending Reward Points)
can be used immediately for your next order.
・Conditions for Use
The minimum purchase amount for payment in reward points is $5.
There is no maximum purchase amount for payment in reward points.
・Withdrawal and Expiration
For canceled/refunded orders, the reward points issued for the relevant order will be withdrawn.
All reward points will automatically expire for closed accounts.
Always keep your TEU-LIGHT firmware updated to the latest version.
If there is a firmware update when you connect your TEU-LIGHT to the app,
a “Firmware Update” button will appear.
Press the “Firmware Update” button to update your light stick.
Make sure to check whether your light stick’s firmware needs to be updated before any TREASURE concert or fan meeting.
By doing so, you can enjoy the newest songs and concerts together with your light stick.
